I'll try to be the 'most positive' i can.We already see tons of MK Projects that has Sub Zero MK1, Sub Zero MK2, Sub Zero MK3, Sub Zero UMK. Whats the point on having that amount of variations of the same character.You can improve this by building one Sub Zero (or Scorpion, or Reptile, or whatever) the best you can, adding all your other versions features to one single character.Even better, make, for example, make the only Sub Zero the MK3 version, Scorpion the MK2 version, etc, etc, avoid the 20 characters pallete swaped.Sareena, Jataaka, Sabrewolf, Jarek are indeed good additions, the rest is. The same old stuff we get in this kind of games.I thought Ermac was human, quiting sarcasm, you may be talking about human Sektor, the idea is plain stupid, why add one more pallete swaped character to an already infested game with this kind of characters.Yes, there are tons of evil shin crap characters, and they all suck with very few exceptions, no, not few, little, one or two of them dont suck.You know that the so called Mugen comunity is bigger this day than it was before.What if Pots tell you the same?
